Description

Take to the heights of the resort and discover the Auris-en-Oisans ski area and its panoramic view of Alpe d'Huez! You can take the Auris express chairlift to get there or back.

ITINERARY
Take the track that climbs up behind the Vacancéole - Les Ecrins d'Auris residence. The route begins with a gradual ascent, from which you'll gradually see a panorama of the Oisans. Continue up to the Col de Maronne. Once up there, follow the signs for the Col de Maronne/Plateau de la Rochette trail. The landscape of Alpe d'Huez and the Grandes Rousses will reveal itself for the rest of your journey. Shortly before you arrive, you'll have the opportunity to observe the sled dogs by turning left. The trail ends at the Auris Express lift, which you can use to return to the resort.
